Because the main cause of the stray cat population are IRRESPONSIBLE CAT OWNERS,
who abandoned their cats on the street once they no longer want them.
They put them in danger...so they get abused, infected by diseases, hit and run by traffics, and starve to death....
All those unwanted cats on the streets suffering and in danger....
These thing SURELY can be prevented on getting worst by being responsible owners....
So Guys....Let's do that Hand in Hand as changes that can only do come true when we TRUST each other and we GATHER all people around us to do the same thing...
